Acquired real estate interests (fee-simple, lease, easements) for high-voltage transmission lines and related switching stations and substations throughout the Virginia Power (VEPCO) territory. Acquired easements and cleared title objections for Virginia Natural Gas (VNG) pipeline project within existing VEPCO 230/500kV right-of-way from Northern Virginia to James City County.
